By registering for or using OrderPal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OrderPal is a web-based order management platform that allows form owners to create order forms and users to submit orders through those forms. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not impersonate any person or entity
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
  • Not use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Orders and Transactions

OrderPal facilitates the submission of orders between users and form owners. We are not a party to any transaction between users and form owners and accept no liability for any disputes arising from orders placed through the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with OrderPal remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrderPal and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email where possible.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
