Customers and inventory items beyond your plan's included allowance are metered, not capped — $0.02 per extra customer
and $0.06 per extra inventory item, per month, at every tier. Orders are always unlimited and unmetered.
Extra Sub Orgs beyond what's included cost a percentage of your plan's base price each, per month —
tapering from 65% on Starter down to 35% on Growth as your plan goes up.
A small per-transaction platform fee also applies on top of your card processor's own fees, tapering from
0.4% on Free down to 0.1% on Growth as your plan fee goes up.
One free trial per person: pick a paid tier when you set up, or start one later from Billing if you began on Free.
Add a card before it ends to keep it, or you'll move to the Free plan — nothing is deleted.
